EA-RS Group acquires Bonnell’s Electrical Contractors Ltd further accelerating One Solution Offering

EA-RS Group, a provider of intelligent, sustainable, compliant fire and security systems and services, today announces that  Bonnell’s Electrical Contractors Limited (Bonnell’s), a leading business offering high quality electrical and fire safety solutions, has joined the Group.

Bonnell’s is the twelfth company EA-RS Group has acquired since February 2021, following the successful acquisitions of CCSS Fire & Security, AST London, UK Fire & Security Doors, Crane Communications, Firesec Compliance, Air Projects, Essex Fire Sprinklers, Vulcan Fire, APW Fire, Positive Control, and Surefire Services.

Established in 1979, Bonnell’s have grown to become a leading innovator in the electrical and fire safety services industry. The team at Bonnell’s have developed and maintained their longstanding and strong client relationships by providing exceptional service delivery, from the design, installation, maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems; fire extinguishers; and dry risers. Their customers are well supported by a multiskilled engineer base of seven electricians and three apprentices that are able to maintain various types of fire, smoke control and electric systems. This strong client base is a credit to their leading reputation and exceptional service offering.

Bonnell’s will be a fantastic asset to EA-RS Group, and we warmly welcome the team at Bonnell’s to the EA-RS family. This new addition into the group provides many new and exciting opportunities for both Bonnell’s and the group’s existing clients, supporting our endeavors to expand our social housing and local authority service delivery across the UK. In 2021, EA-RS Group was backed by Rockpool Investments and RCL Partners, with both investors providing capital to deploy into the Group’s buy and build strategy to consolidate the UK fire and security market.
