This week EA-RS Group held our Group Quarterly Gathering. This included all Group companies, EA-RS Fire Engineering, CCSS Fire & Security, Circum Fire Engineering, AST London, Crane Communications and UK Security Doors.
Conducted by Alexandra Ferguson and Joshua Wheal, and Chaired by our CEO Alan Wheal, these quarterly sessions are an invaluable opportunity for all our team members to gain insights into our fast-paced growth trajectory.
During the session Mark Wheeler shared a helpful overview of the Group’s performance, Sam Zeki and Kirsty Patrick gave us a snapshot of our exciting plans for EA-RS Group’s Learning Academy, and we were introduced to a number of new senior team members who are helping to expertly support our various businesses and teams.
Today’s special guest was David McConkey, Former MD of Crane Communications, one of the Groups more recent acquisitions. Crane was originally founded in 1976 when its core focus was CCTV and professional video systems. David took on the business in 2000 with a focus to grow its Fire & Security capabilities, which now include Access Control, CCTV and Data Cabling.
Crane Communications Limited’s Engineers are multi-disciplined and are therefore capable of covering all aspects of Fire and Security Engineering. Although Crane’s HQ, and significant client base is in Belfast (Northern Ireland), they also have a strong presence, and multiple high-profile clients throughout London and the South East.
Thanks to David McConkey for your valuable contribution to the group and thank you to our 284 team members who took time out of their busy schedules to attend.
